Dr. Shuyi Chen’s lab currently has job openings for postdoctoral researchers.

Dr. Chen’s lab uses various techniques to study the development of retina, and seek stem cell therapy solutions for blinding retinal diseases. Postdoc researchers in the lab are expected to work semi-independently to carry out research under the supervision of Dr. Chen. The candidates will mainly use knowledge and techniques in molecular biology, cell biology and developmental biology to explore stem cell therapy methods and mechanisms for retinal degeneration diseases.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in biology, or biomedical science. Individuals with expertise in stem cell biology or neuroscience is preferred.
